Welcome to Capple. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Capple mobile application. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Capple is a health and nutrition tracking application designed to help users:

  • Track food intake and calories

  • Analyze food photos using AI

  • Set and manage health goals

  • Monitor daily habits and progress

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Capple.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Account & User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • All activities that occur under your account

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or abuse is detected.

Subscription & Payments

Capple offers auto-renewable subscriptions, including:

  • Monthly subscription

  • Yearly subscription

  1. Billing

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

  • Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period

  1. Managing Subscriptions
    You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via:

  • Apple App Store account settings

  • Google Play Store subscription settings


We do not manage billing directly and cannot issue refunds. Refunds are subject to Apple or Google’s policies.

Free Features & Premium Features

Some features of Capple are available for free.
Premium features require an active subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.

Health Disclaimer

Capple provides general health and nutrition information only.

  • Capple is not a medical app

  • The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

  • AI-based calorie and nutrition estimates are approximate and for informational purposes only

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical or dietary decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App (including text, graphics, logos, and AI models) are the exclusive property of Capple.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App

  • Use Capple branding without permission

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as food photos).

By using the App, you grant Capple a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely for providing app features.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Capple available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Capple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Use of the App is at your own risk

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
